Participation Location Details

  • From Kansai-Airport Station on the Nankai Electric Railway Limited Express Rapi:t :
    Kansai-Airport Station → Tengachaya Station, Shin-Imamiya Station and Namba Station
    ・Please note that tickets departing from Namba, Shin-Imamiya and Tengachaya station cannot be exchanged at Kansai Airport station.
    ・The ticket can be exchanged 12 months from your purchased date.
    To Kansai-Airport Station on the Nankai Electric Railway Limited Express Rapi:t :
    Namba Station, Shin-Imamiya Station, Tengachaya Station → Kansai-Airport Station
    ・Valid within 14 days after exchanging the KIX → Osaka ticket.
  • Step 1: Go to the ticket office at the station you are departing from,
    Step 2: Exchange your voucher for your ticket.
    Present your voucher on your phone or paper to the station staff member to redeem your ticket. Please inform the staff with the station you would like to get off when redeeming the ticket.
    Step 3: Board the train with the ticket you exchanged.
    Please note that you cannot board the train with the voucher. You must go to the ticket office for the ticket.

    Nankai Kansai Airport Station Ticket Office
    Ticket exchange hours: 6:20-23:10
    The ticket office is right across the Nankai ticket gates on the second floor of Terminal 1 building at Kansai Airport. There is a special counter to exchange your voucher for the ticket.
  • Ticket Exchange Location:
    Nankai Namba Station 2nd Floor Service Center
    Ticket exchange hours: 5:30-23:40
    The station service counter is across Takashimaya on the second floor. It is next to the central gates.
  • Ticket Exchange Location:
    Nankai Namba Station 3rd Floor Ticket Counter
    Ticket exchange hours: 9:00-18:00
    The ticket counter is right beside Takashimaya and across the hall from the North Gate.
  • Ticket Exchange Location:
    Nankai Shin-Imamiya Station 4th Floor
    Ticket exchange hours: 5:30-23:45
    You can exchange your voucher for your tickets at the Station Office located by the Nankai Ticket Gates on the 4th floor.
  • Ticket Exchange Location:
    Nankai Tengachaya Station
    Ticket exchange hours: 5:30-23:45
    You can exchange your voucher for your tickets at the Station Office located by the Nankai Ticket Gates on the 2nd floor. It is across the hall from the subway.

Restrictions

  • Tickets departing from Namba, Shin-Imamiya and Tengachaya station cannot be exchanged at Kansai Airport station.
  • This discounted ticket is valid for people 12 years old and above. Child tickets are not available and must be purchased separately on site.
  • This tour is available to overseas visitors only.

Additional Notes

  • Tickets without the date of issue and period of validity will be deemed invalid.
  • Lost tickets will not be reissued.
  • Refunds will not be issued for exchanged tickets and tickets with reserved seating.
  • If you get off the train between your requested destination, a partial refund will not be issued for the remaining section of the journey.
  • Ticket offices may be busy. Please give yourself enough time to exchange your voucher for the ticket.
  • This ticket is not valid for super seat for Limited Express Rapi:t.
  • Ticket exchanges can be made within 12 months from the purchase date. (ex: For a ticket that purchased on August 1st, 2019, the valid exchange period would be: 2019/08/01~2020/7/31.)
  • Exchanges can be made within 12 months, however, you must redeem your return ticket within 14 days from the date you redeem your first ticket.
